"Stayed one night at the Grand Palace Brno. Had a lovely checkin, amazing high ceilings, stay was awesome. Breakfast, we had included in our booking and was a great spread and selection was great as well. Upon checkout we were given water bottles which again was amazing. Excellent work you guys!! The only thing I would recommend for the room would be for housekeeping to check for the amenities that are supplied in the room. The boxes were empty. I would also recommend a hair dryer which I could not find. Although I was impressed with the steamer to steam clothes. Thanks Grand Palace hotel !!!!"

"The room was very hot which made sleeping difficult. There were 4 pillows but they were all the same thickness so there was no variety if you needed a thinner pillow. Coffee was refreshed each day but not tea. It was a beautiful room and wonderful bathroom. Friendly helpful staff. Right by the bus station and tram network. Right by the train station."

"STAY HERE!!! My wife & I have traveled the world for our entire 32 years of marriage & we were blown away by the staff at this hotel. They are everywhere and all speak perfect English including the more senior staff which was amazing. The vistas are incredible & make sure you get the roof top bar access!!! Pool was a bit small, but the saunas were great. BREAKFAT WAS STUNNING!!! Trust me - STAY HERE!!!!"
