"Upon check in we found that the screen door to the patio was not on the track and the bottom of the screen was torn. The next morning the ceiling was leaking water from the unit above into our bathroom and the ceiling tiles were ready to burst as they were filled with water. I do not recommend this hotel."

"Great location on the boardwalk in Rehoboth. Not an Ocean View from the room unless you are standing on the balcony, but it is advertised as such. Room was clean, but rather small, good TV with ability to change sources to enable access for plugging in your streaming devices etc. Extremely friendly and helpful staff. Have stayed here in the past and will return in the future."

"Loved our stay here. Wish we were staying longer instead of overnight. Communication with property before our visit was fabulous. They reached out multiple times after we made our reservation on hotels.com, which is not always the case with 3rd party bookings. It is right on a beautiful beach and many rooms have some sort of view of ocean. Rooms were clean and well stocked. Loved having a small table with 4 chairs near massive windows to enjoy view. Tasteful Coastal decor. Games, books. Full kitchen (no oven) Only complaint was water pressure was low and water was not very hot in shower. Also good to know is that it is 3 stories but no elevator which could be a problem for some. We were ok because there is a large easy to operate dumbwaiter for luggage. Extra shout out to Ariel’s friendly, informative, welcoming start to our 1 night stay. Dinner at Woodys was fabulous. Mega crab sandwich and more."

"Let me start by saying the staff was amazing. I have no complaints there Our room size was what we expected given it was a bed and breakfast feel. However the coffeemaker in the room took up the whole counter so there was no place to put toiletries. Both pool areas and hot tub area were a little dirty with the courtyard book being unsuitable for swimming because of all the bugs. To end on a good note, the garden area was beautiful and the breakfast was delicious and the proximity to everything was great!"

"I have stayed at the breakers for several years about twice a year. It's convenient to the beach for those early birds who like to watch the sunrise. It's close to the electric charger which I need for my car. It's not far from the main street and restaurants. At the same time, across the street is lake with geese and rabbits. I enjoy watching them. It was pointed out during this trip that there are so many cameras on the property that I felt even more comfortable there. Also, it's never loud. My only disappointment is the breakfast. Please bring back your pre-Covid breakfast!"

"Our early May stay was in the off-season, so some understandable repair and cleanup operations were in progress. The staff were generally good, friendly and attentive. The restaurant staff are professional and it (The Blue Pig) is very good in quality. There has no doubt been a staff turnover and some of the newer staff members are still in the training process. It’s a great location with a beautiful view and worth giving a look."
