“In a nutshell, it is a fantastic hotel for a family to stay a few days. Kitchen facility, breakfast, surrounding environments are fine. Only one disappointing point is some ventilating noise from the hotel courtyard through windows, which can be overcome by putting on earplugs.”
“The entire Lit Lavender farm was awesome! Joe was wonderful to meet and everything was fantastic. Both RV and cabin were immaculately clean. RV had everything we needed. Beds were comfortable. The Lavender was beautiful and my daughter was able to bring some home. We had a great time doing the scavenger hunt and miniature golf was so much fun! The gift shop was great too. Spending time with goats Puzzles and Bambi was pretty cool. We definitely want to return again. Highly recommended! Thank you...
“The stay was great and the room was just fine. Had everything i needed. Shopping and dining were walkable and there were plenty of options. I really liked the check in process. It seemed intrusive at first but it made everything super convenient when i arrived. The parking was the only down side but even that really wasnt to bad. I will definitely stay here again. Super affordable.”
“Space to roam and a Garage! The master suite had the best view of the city and an incredible hot tub bath. It was excellent to have your own washer and drier. Saved us so much money. Just grab some coffee from the Safeway down the street and you’re all set for the morning. ”

“Even though the suite is small, it’s clean and serves its purpose! Each suite seems to have its own private bathroom, though they aren’t attached to the suite so you have to enter a common hall to use the bathroom. Each one has a code though and feels secure and is well stocked with towels and paper products. Bed was comfy, building was quiet! Check in was super easy and street parking wasn’t too hard to find!”

- If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel.
- Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing.
- Relatively affordable price.
cons:
- The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel.
- If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout.
- The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow. It was noticeably slower compared to other places like cafes or the convention center.
- The staff was unfriendly, especially the woman at the front desk in the afternoon. I asked if I could change rooms because the Wi-Fi speed was too slow for my work, and her response was, "Moving to a higher floor won’t make the Wi-Fi faster." When did I ask to move to a higher floor? I don’t understand her attitude. To add, they didn’t change my room.
- In terms of room assignments, I noticed that the hotel tends to assign people of color to lower floors when using the elevator.

"One of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in the states. Room was clean, sink was useful, air conditioner was functioning well. The highlight was the bathroom. Clean and new shower booth with full of hot water. The rooftop was great, and the garage was nice and safe with two elevevators directly connected to the lobby and each floor. Never stayed this like hotel in the states with this price."
