"pros: - If coming from the airport, taking the link train and getting off at Symphony station is very close to the hotel. - Located in downtown, so it’s convenient for both going to the convention center and sightseeing. - Relatively affordable price. cons: - The slope on Seneca Street is quite steep. It was really tough pulling a suitcase from Symphony hall station to the hotel. - If booking through a third party (e.g., Hotels.com), they hold a $200 INCIDENTAL charge. This is a policy, but there was no prior notice about this. -> Fortunately, it was refunded immediately after checkout. - The Wi-Fi speed in the room was surprisingly slow.
