"We have stayed at this hotel before and chose it again for its convenience. This time, when booking a room for our family of four (two adults and two children), I specifically selected a room that included breakfast. Upon arrival, the front desk staff informed me that breakfast was not included in our booking. I had to search through my emails to show them the confirmation that clearly stated breakfast was included. Even then, they only provided breakfast vouchers for two people instead of four. When I questioned this, they explained that the room rate only includes breakfast for two guests. This raises the obvious question: if the room is intended for four people, why does the included breakfast only cover half the occupants? The staff member was quite unhelpful throughout the interaction. It doesn’t make sense that a family room for four people only comes with breakfast vouchers for two."

"Nice stay. Good location. Reasonable price. Staff was nice. Breakfast was ok. Not amazing but not too bad. If i ever come back up to Boston i would stay there again. There's a lot in walking distance including a mall. If you're trying to save money and don't want to shell out the cost to stay in downtown Boston then I'd recommend this place. Traffic going into the city is bad though so factor that in for your timing. "

"We loved the vibe of this hotel. Every floor had a different theme. The lobby was beautiful. Lots of fun places for selfies! Staff was friendly and helpful. Our room was very clean and very comfortable. The bathroom had the usual amenities. However, the towels were a little smaller than I am used to. Plenty of places to charge devices. Nice to have option of mini frodge and microwave."

"Unexpected charges to park. We are in Natick, not Boston, $10 to park a car is insane. The room I had (334), had a shower from the side wall. Not convenient at all, let alone the shower head was one you find in a camper. Water pressure was terrible (worst than a camper), and it was either luke warm or scalding hot. No happy in between."

"You get what you pay for! It was a place to lay out heads . Bed was uncomfortable and the property is old and out of date. Staff was okay though. "

"The room was so cold!! The water wasn’t good. There weren’t any stoppers so I can use the bathtub… no ashtray too "
