"The staff members that helped us were very friendly and gracious, however there were some problems with the facilities. One problem was the phone was disconnected in our room. Also, the ice machine was out of order on the 24th floor. An early morning excursion for coffee led to a ride on an elevator that went rogue, leading to a sudden stop on the 10th floor and then having it travel back up to the top floor unexpectedly."

"Very outdated, hallways smell like mildew, and I requested a refrigerator because I was nursing waited several hours and had to just go back down and ask a different staff member. Also needed to get ice went to the ice machine and it didn’t even work. On a positive note I wasn’t sleeping outside and the overnight staff was very nice. "
