Clean and comfortable
"Lovely hotel and room was lovely and clean and comfortable, yet the hotel itself could do with a good dust as the picture frames on the stairs etc looked quite dusty. 70% of the staff were very friendly and helpful however 30% were a bit robotic, however the service itself was very good."
