“My second stay at that hotel. The staff was very kind and friendly, the facilities were spotlessly clean, and the room was comfortable and well-furnished. That's all I ever want from a hotel, and it was delivered.”

“I ordered two rooms with jacuzzi and when I arrived they were under maintenance and they didn't refund me they gave me one of less money which I didn't agree with and the office was dirty they didn't give breakfast bad services”

“It's truly am amazing place to escape and relax. The lake it steps aways from your front door. Your own cottage makes is incredibly private. The esthetics inside is calm and serene and most important, the staff was super friendly and accommodating. I can't wait to go back in the summer when I can actually get in the water. 10+”

“First thing, I pulled into the parking lot and the overall look of the premises looks like a shelter, unkept Secondly, the building smells like an animal shelter and an old ashtray. Thirdly, the people that are staying in the hotel are very questionable. Fourth, at this point I’m questioning my family’s safety? The complimentary breakfast was not the greatest, cold boiled eggs, hard bagels, very bruised bananas. The room was ok, clean sheets & towels, I guess that was the only decent thing....
