“Staff was wonderful. Nice place to stay.”

“We enjoyed our stay immensely! Our room was lovely and clean. The pillows and bed were very comfortable! The Green Mountain coffee in our room was a nice touch! Our only complaint was that there wasn’t real cream for our coffee, so next time, we will bring our own. The large walk-in shower was very nice as well. The main common area was beautiful and homey! The kitchen seemed fully equipped, but we didn’t have any meals there. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!”

“The lodge was in a picturesque location with lots of amenities. The rooms were clean apart from bugs in the window seals and in the main community areas. Lots of spider webs in lamp shades and around window areas. Just seemed to be overlooked for a long time. Unfortunately, we did not have a window screen on our room window in order to cool the room off due to the AC unit not functioning properly. We did find a fan which helped some. The breakfast was delicious and it was overall a...

“Absolute amazing in every way From the minute, we walked until the minute we left. Definitely would recommend to anyone.”

“Wir hatten ein tolles Zimmer mit Kamin und Whirlpool - sehr liebevoll einrichtet. Das gesamte Team war ausgesprochen nett und freundlich. Die Lage ist sehr gut. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.”

“What a refreshing change from the typical cookie-cutter hotels! This motel has its own unique personality, with quirky charm and a different vibe from the usual mainstream accommodations. The room was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, which is always my top priority. I loved that it felt distinctive and had character rather than looking like every other hotel room. If you appreciate places that are a little different, have charm, and offer a clean place to stay, this is definitely worth...

“I think it is one of those properties that your experience depends on where you stay. The hotel is a historic hotel with sash windows and little in the way of sound proofing. We were in the Orvis Inn and had a room next to the road at the front of the building. As such it was loud and drafty. There was no sound proofing in the room and you could hear every step of the people above. We were due to stay five nights and left after three. I think the final straw was a dog in the room above barking...

“I found that the room was a little bit cold. Except for that, everything was fine. Staffs were kind, room was clean and quiet (although I could slightly hear the guy in the next room sneezing), breakfast was acceptable.”

“Pretty landscape all around”

“The Aerie Inn was clean and cozy. We were very comfortable and would visit again.”

“Stanford House was listed on Expedia as 9.0 Wonderful. I disagree. I saw photos that had rooms with white bed covers. I didn't expect something so different on a busy weekend in Manchester. However, even though the room was clean and seemed more recently painted, it was disappointing. I am not a dog owner, and the bed covers with large dog designs were shocking. There was no in- room coffee pot, no cups. There were many wires for TV, microwave ( very mini, less than a college microwave) mini...

“Great stay!”
