"Staff was great, great location"

"Hotel tried to slip in $250 worth of storage fees for our bikes with out any notice. Operations Manager was pretty stuck on not refunding but after debate and talking to his staff he did refund all the fees. Overall property and staff were great. Looking forward to going back in the future just will keep close eye on any surprise fees!"

" Staff is great. Cleanliness great. Bars great. Ambiance great. Views amazing. The only negative were the room's fearures wasn't working. My initial room had sheer drapes that didn't open. 2nd room has lights that didn't work. 3rd room was good until a few hours in. The sheer drapes didn't close. But I understand things malfunction. The hotel was very accommodating. I will visit again. "

"The elevator capacity is inadequate to the extreme. Need to be able to handle morning rush common to New York events. I won’t be coming back to this disaster again."

"Small rooms but ok for the price. bathtub very slippery- hazard. Towels were so so- it is an ok place nothing special."

"The check-in process was quick and seamless. However, it would be helpful to offer a wider selection of teas in the room, including green tea, as well as additional bar beverage options. The service at the bar downstairs could be improved, as the staff member assisting me was not particularly helpful. Additionally, I would appreciate the option to check out later than 12pm."
