"The ambiance is great! However they need more staff during the busiest hours and days the lines are long for a ready made breakfast. I ordered Champagne and strawberries with chocolate and whip cream I waited for over two hours from my scheduled time, I called down to the front desk several times while trying to enjoy our celebration. Very disappointed then magically the phone in our suite stopped working so I had to use my cell phone to call and cancel it. Drinks at both bars were great but be ready to spend. The staff at the restaurant and bar were great! The breakfast was not good however dinner was really nice and the chef came out and greeted us. The suite was lovely and clean, overall the hotel was clean and beautiful. The elevator was chaotic and had a line I want to note this was during Valentines Day weekend and one elevator was out of service so we had one to use to go up. I believe the other was being used for something not sure entirely. The parking garage is within walking distance and the hotel has a discount you can use upon checking out."

"Calm place"

"Wonderful experience! We got to the city a bit early and had planned to check our luggage and explore a bit before our check in time at 3:00. We pulled into the very quiet alley at the entrance and I hopped out and was greeted by the nice man at the desk. I told him I was early and asked if we could check our luggage since the room wouldn't be ready. He gladly responded we could, and then checked to see if our room was ready and it was! We felt fine leaving our vehicle sit in the alley while we ran our stuff to our room and promptly returned to our vehicle. Totally my fault for not asking, but found out too late they had parking right there! And cheaper than I had pre-booked a few blocks away. So just an FYI if you book here (and you should if you're going to lower Manhattan) It is steps from the 9/11 Museum. It was very clean, decor was lovely, and entire staff was friendly. There was a lounge on 6th floor we wish we'd stopped into but will definitely do so next time. I highly recommend this hotel!"
