"Everything was great, just the elevators weren’t working when we went. It was pretty inconvenient having to walk up and down 20 flights of stairs. Other than that, absolutely loved it and would visit again!"

"Very clean and well set up room. Balcony was not private, it was shared with neighboring room. Bathroom amenities included in dispensers. Mini fridge, kitchenette; sink, counter, microwave, cup, cupboards. Very comfortable spacious bed, no head board, very comfortable pillows. Great for solo travelers or for someone that will spend most of the day out."

"The hotel was clean and safe, and as advertised. The checkin process was fast and easy. The front desk staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. There was a coffee maker, a safe, and hairdryer in the room. I don't think there was a gym or pool, or many frills like that, but it did the job."

"I had a great stay at the New York Marriott Downtown. The location is excellent, especially if you want to explore Lower Manhattan. The hotel is conveniently located next to the World Trade Center and within easy walking distance of the 9/11 Memorial & Museum, One World Observatory, Battery Park, Wall Street, and several subway stations. The hotel was clean, comfortable, and well maintained, and the staff was professional, friendly, and helpful throughout my stay. My room was comfortable and provided a great place to relax after spending the day exploring New York City. I especially appreciated how convenient the location was for sightseeing, dining, and getting around the city. Overall, I had a very enjoyable experience at the New York Marriott Downtown. The combination of a great location, comfortable accommodations, and excellent customer service made for a memorable stay. I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel to anyone visiting New York City, especially those wanting to stay near the World Trade Center and Lower Manhattan attractions"
