"Great location right in SOHO. Quiet street. Nice ivy-covered entry walkway and good restaurant with terrific service. Liked the co working spaces and cubbies for making zoom calls. Easy fresh coffee (complimentary) in am on ground level.
Cons: weird bathroom door that wouldn’t close and didn’t make sense ergonomically. Didn’t allow for much privacy. No soap
At bathroom sink upon check in, and when we asked at front desk, they assured us they would send someone up immediately. Never happened. Next day cleaners gave us some. Bed was comfy and rest of room good but could use more space for luggage and easier to locate outlets.
Overall, decided I would stay again if they could assure me of proper bathroom door and presence of toiletries."
