Loved this Marriott in New York. The hotel was beautiful and the staff amazing. The hotel was on the lower end of Manhattan, so close to a lot of great places and a Starbucks in the hotel. With a 5 minute walk to the 9-11 monument and the NJ Transit station and PATH subway. Made travelling to upper Manhattan fast. Easy walk to the ferry’s as well.
We booked ahead so the price for our room was pretty good too. With a few bonuses like 2 free passes to some of the attractions you’d want to see and a $20 voucher to the hotel restaurant each day we were there.
Will definitely stay here again when we’re back in New York

I had a decent stay overall. One thing to be aware of is the additional $40 per night fee, which applies to all guests. I wasn’t aware of this beforehand, so it caught me by surprise. They do provide a $20 daily voucher for the restaurant downstairs, which helps offset the cost a bit. The shower water took quite a while to heat up and didn’t work properly during my stay, which was inconvenient. However, the staff was very nice, friendly, and helpful, which made the experience better. Overall, some pros and cons, but the service stood out.
