PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager hotel
Unfortunately we there only 1 night. The room was extremely quiet, clean and comfortable. At night the blackout shades kept all the light out! Popular restaurant was excellent. Next time in NYC we will look to stay here.

The hotel is great. If there's anything that could be improved, it's the management of the three elevators for going up and down.

This place is really great for solo travel! The decor is cute, the price is reasonable, and it's cozy. The neighborhood is fun. While the following issues wouldn’t stop me from staying here again, I would warn anyone who is a light sleeper, claustrophobic, or has a wider or longer build (or is pregnant). ...
