"Very cheap pillows and not comfortable bed. I’ve developed neck pain from the pillows and kept waking up in the middle of the night to fix the pillow as it felt like I was on a rock and I had to keep fixing it. The queen bed is not a real queen bed it felt like full size. Two 110 lbs 5’2 girls couldn’t fit in the bed. We had to call and ask if this was for sure a queen bed.. but excellent staff was the only good part of the hotel. Very helpful and sweet customer service. "

"location is good, room looks good but didn't clean surfaces and mop during the 4 days I was there,also Water was leaking out the shower area, so we had to put towels down to avoid slipping, The TV didn't work: they said it would be fixed, but it only worked on our last night. They need a better customer service"

"Our mother/daughter visit to NYC was a great success, and we absolutely loved the Marlton! Sure the rooms are small, but they are gorgeously designed, and we were very comfortable sharing a room. The breakfast in the living room/lobby is delicious, and we loved chatting with the other guests. Location in the Village was perfect. Love love love everything and would 100% stay there again."
