"Clean room, staff was great, bunk beds were comfy and both have their own TV. Walking distance to a lot of things! More plugs than most average sized hotel rooms. Biggest do not bring multiple big bags. My friend and I brought two carry on size and even with that it was a little tight, but it was a Pod so we expected that, and most NYC rooms are small. Would definitely stay here again!"

"I have been to NY for business and fun for many years and stayed in many hotels. My stay at Hard Rock Hotel was by far in my top 2 and it is not #2. Spacious room, great staff and perfect location to the theater district!"

"There were only 2 negative things about this hotel. First the number of loud sirens at night. Secondly the VERY small room. Other than that the bathroom and personal care products were great and the need was very comfortable. The whole property is very clean as well. Located close to nice restaurants, time square, theater district and the subway."
