"Everything was very clean. We arrived earlier so the staff allowed us to leave our baggage with them. The only thing we waited long time for the elevators."

"I honestly thought our room would’ve been bigger because it was a suite for $1,200 with a city view balcony , the view was ok I had stayed her before and my balcony was so huge it had a hammock and couch this one we was in wasn’t big enough for our photo shoot but we made it work I just wanted my 1 year wedding anniversary to be special !! Staff was amazing and breakfast should come with espresso!!!"

"Friendly staff! Great location adjacent to Lincoln park. Just a few blocks from Columbus circle and several subway connections. Starbucks, target and a late night gelateria steps away. Complementary water bottles are a great perk. Was under the impression you could enjoy a cocktail poolside while the kids cool off, but the restaurant is not affiliated with the pool. Otherwise, a great stay and would return"

Park Lane New York

"LOCATION. LOCATION. LOCATION!!!!! I interacted with reception I believe 3 to 4 times and it was very robotic, except for only one experience. Being across from Central Park was a game changer and ultimate New York experience. I read reviews about the elevators and it’s true, for whatever reason they just seem to be very slow, especially in the mornings before 10 AM. We had the AC unit in the room at 68 or 70 and it just never got cold but we were never uncomfortable, but we weren’t as comfortable as we could’ve been. Overall, it was a 4.5 out of five stars."
