โSince they were remodeling, the condition was average. They were doing an excellent job of working on the project and keeping it clean and ready for the guests. It will be great when it is finished!!โ
โThe front desk staff were very helpful, polite and accommodating. I am appreciated them listening to my concerns and always seemed willing to give more than I ask for especially the tall quiet guy that works the night shifts.
The custodial staff were not as polite.
The area is full of food options, trampoline spot for children, shopping for adults, movies and mall next door. It was minutes from historical sights and a good selection of churches. โ
โThe staff for checking in and out was super friendly and helpful. The breakfast was so good that I actually filled up. The room was very clean and new looking. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends. I didnt want to stay inside of city limits and this hotel was in the perfect location to get into and out of town.โ
โThe room was super clean. The shower was amazing. However, i am a big girl and a detachable showerhead would have been great. I did like the shower though. The location was perfect for all of needs. Super easy to get in and out of. I had never used the digital key feature before, so that was a new experience. But very convenient, I didn't have to worry about keeping up with a key or a card. Any time I'm in OKC in the future, I will definitely stay here.โ
โThe Ellison was great! I called to see if we could possibly check in a little bit early or if we could hang out at the pool until a room was ready and the front desk attendant was extremely friendly and helpful. He got us into our room and we were able to hit the rooftop pool. The pool and bar area are beautiful- great couch areas to hang out in the shade and the drinks were fantastic (~$10 for cocktails). The room and bathroom were spacious and clean. We would definitely stay there again.โ
โThis is my second stay. The beds are comfortable, rooms are clean, place is quiet. Bathroom is small and outdated but water pressure is good. Place has great price. Enjoyed my stay. โ
