Room smelled so bad i had to go buy room freshener, could feel springs in the mattress, pillows were like little balls stuffed in pillow cases, tv remote didn't work right, shampoo and soap dispensers in shower were empty, no hand towel or wash towel provided. Shelf in bathroom was rusty, it's a costal property. Staff was friendly.

There was dirt everywhere. The bed had dirt smeared on it and I was able to wipe some of it off. The sink and bathtub were dirty with hair and grime. The towels did not soak any water up. The person who checked us in was friendly

Front desk was amazing super accommodating and very friendly, the room just needed to be cleaned a little bit better I used to be a housekeeper so I have high standards in cleanliness. But our stay was great, will definitely stay here again!

Convenient location in brookings. Free parking. Front desk check in was quick and easy. Room was clean except stains on the white comforter. Bed could have been more comfortable but for the price you can’t beat it

Good Value

It is a reasonably priced no frills motel. They appear to be doing updates. We found our room clean, comfortable, adequate. It's right on 101, but not too much traffic noise and no people hanging around in the parking lot. The ocean view is over roof tops from across 101.

The hotel was just OK. No soap in the room, ok bed, decent coffee machine and tv in the room - seems a bit pricey for what we got. The area around the motel is nice. Decent choice of restaurants and shops.
