"The Cottage at Amos Lake is the epitome of excellence. I've stayed there twice now and can't say enough wonderful things about the property and the staff. They are polite and kind, and always go above and beyond to make sure everything is perfect for your stay. The rooms are clean, quiet and have an air of luxury to them. There's a communal kitchen offering cereals, granola bars, bagels and cream cheese, coffee and tea, bottled waters. It is all included with your stay. The property is super close to Foxwoods, which is very convenient considering the outrageous prices to stay at the casino. The Cottage will always be my first choice and I so look forward to my next stay!"

"We had a wonderful stay at Best Western The staff was very helpful Toni who kept our room neat and tidy she was so helpful. The man at the front desk { I'm sorry I forgot your name} was terrific , he had lots of suggestions for places to eat. The lady at the breakfast bar was very friendly and had lots of places for us to visit. Everyone there was supper helpful and friendly. I highly recommend this place."

"It was pretty clean however you get what you pay for. It was ok for one night. My husband got woken up which woke me up to a Carpenter ant crawling on his hand. We looked around and didn't see anymore but i slept with the blanket pretty much over my head and we left first thing in the morning. The door frame was pretty bad and the toilet was quite wobbly. Wont stay there again. No chair to sit on either, but, like i said, you get what you pay for and for the price it was ok."
