"Nice place, well maintained and kind stuff. Only small issue is that we were sleeping on the ground floor and could hear the steps from the room upstairs… but I guess that’s something relatively normal in these type of hotels/B&B."

"A comfortable and very clean room. However, the room looked out on to the roof of Norwich FC and the noise of fans blasting away 24/7 was horrible. Found to difficult to sleep with the continual whirring sound. Staff were quite helpful but a bit slow, lacked training. (Except for the cleaning brigade - they were really efficient.) Breakfast was fine. The bar had run out of both Spanish wines listed. Stayed three nights but not sure that I'd go back."

"Whilst the room was relatively clean, it did not resemble the advertised pictures. It was more like a HMO than a ‘hotel’ or ‘B&B’. There is a number lock to enter the building and then another number lock on the bedroom door - no staff. - and more like poor student digs. The room was a Victorian front room converted and the noise from the street kept me awake most of the night. In the morning I was bitten by some smaller occupants of the room!!! There was not much choice of breakfast and it was recommended I go to a local eatery. I would not stay there again. It was very disappointing."

"returning customer, my go to place in Norwich, , excellent position, close to the train station, plenty of bars and eateries and a Tesco right opposite. The building is not new, the furniture might seem dated but very functional and no visible defects and had a very good sleep , very comfy bed and all linesn and bathroom and everything else very clean. I will be back"

"The motion light for getting to the ground floor rooms was slow to come on, and a couple of times I stumbled to get to the room. Maybe the addition of a 'night light' in that stretch of hallway? Thank you to the staff member who discovered the I had left my wallet behind, and held it in after. I was still jet-lagged, and very traumatized about it, missed a prepaid train journey...but everything turned out ok in the end."
