5 stars all the way. Front desk clerk was friendly and accomodating. Room was large, clean, and had 2 doors; one opened to the parking spots, and the other to the pool. Room had TV with around 300 channels, comfy beds, clean carpets, free safe, and cold air. Hotel property is meticulously landscaped, felt like I was in Hawaii! The restaurant had great frozen drinks, and the BBQ Ribs were the best Ive ever had. Beach access is one minute away, and waves were small enough to be able to enjoy the water. Pool was clean and well maintained. What else can I say? Had a great time and hope to return again soon.

The beach was fantastic, and the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The game room was a big hit with the kids, keeping them entertained. The location is convenient, making it easy to get around. The hotel also offers complimentary bicycles for the first two hours, which was a fun experience. The on-site restaurant, 24 Coastal Grill, serves a delicious breakfast and dinner.

It was clean but had some property maintenance issues. Elevator was broken. Fire alarm went off in the middle of the night and we tried to call front desk and found our room phone wasn’t working. It was great having our dog with us- we enjoyed being able to walk the property together and right out the door to the dock and to the beach. Was not pleased that we paid more for an ocean view but our view was shrubs. Not sure if room we got was because of having our dog. Online pictures did not match the room view or the extra cost. Disappointment. Nice enough for the most part otherwise.

The location can’t be beat - right on the ocean, right on the bike path, two restaurants on either side so you don’t have to drive anywhere if you don’t want to. We have stayed here several times, however on this trip we noticed how rundown the property is looking. Lots of stains, chips, and scuffs on the walls, lots of rust on steps and railings, shower looking old and dingy, dirty carpeting (the water in the floor of the shower would turn black when you stepped in if you had been barefoot in the bedroom). When arrived room smelled a little musty. Beds very comfortable. Free coffee vouchers were nice and great view of ocean from shop. Restaurant on site was okay, slow service, breakfast good but not great, coffee lukewarm as was breakfast buffet. At lunch, fish tacos and sweet potato fries were good.
