Reserved 1 bed, 1 bath but got 2 bed with extra half bath. We have stayed at the Villas by the Sea several times in different rooms. As always, the complex is beautiful and well maintained and staff is friendly. The condo itself was nicely decorated and you could see the ocean from the upper balcony and master.

The condo was very nice, check in went smoothly and staff was friendly. Pool area looked nice, whole complex looked nice. Cons: 1-don't pay thru Expedia, it was a mess and total invoice shown in Expedia was almost twice what condo company actually charged. 2-condo bathroom was on second floor 3-pictures don't show large rock retaining wall along beach. We could see ocean, but to access small beach, you have to use one of the access points. Beach was disappointing and that's really what we went for. We drove to other beaches not far away.
