Breakfast was great, but the hotel's design concept was confusing and a bit chaotic. There were also no basic amenities like a bathrobe or disposable slippers, which felt more like a 3-star experience. They only provided one complimentary water bottle instead of the usual two, which was a bit disappointing. The front desk staff weren't particularly professional or warm — not sure if that's just a European thing. Overall, next time I'll probably stick to a major chain like Hilton or Marriott.
