Confortable mais mal entretenu

Confort correct mais appartement en assez mauvais état général (fixations, électricité) Un peu de maintenance ferait du bien. Problème plus important quand on voyage pour le travail : malgré les multiples relances par email, je n'ai jamais reçu la facture.

The Aparthotel is near Grand Place winthin a 10 minutes walking distance. We used to lived few doors down and familiar with the neighborhood. The property is conveniently situated with different City transport, Metro, tram and busses. For trips outside Brussels, a walk to Grand Central or a Metro ride to Midi (another train station) to catch International train ride. The property is old but clean. Furnitures needs updating but it didn’t bother us, price is very reasonable.

Me gustó lo mejor la cama, las sábanas ñ, habitación grande y la limpieza, sin embargo una cortina semidescolgada que entra la luz y una cortina de nylon con borde húmedo en el suelo en el baño, no es muy agradable. Resto perfecto, sencillo pero bien. el mobiliario sencillo, nada moderno.

Inte fräscht men ok läge

Rummet var inte i bra skick och dessutom smutsigt. Det var damm överallt, till och med på väggarna. Byggarbeten i hela huset bredvid skapade en hel del oljud. Det var otroligt varmt i rummet, det var 33 grader ute och varmare inne. Ingen AC men som tur var en fläkt. Det ligger nära tunnelbanan, restauranger och ca 15/20 min gångavstånd från centrum.

La posizione della location è abbastanza buona : 10 minuti a piedi e sei in Cattedrale/centro. La zona è molto tranquilla e sicura: frequentata soprattutto da lavoratori d'ufficio con diversi locali per fare colazione, pranzo e cena. La stanza era un po' piccola già per 2 persone, pensa un po per tre persone: non c'erano zone/mensole, tavolini dove appoggiare le cose: solo un tavolo che serviva anche ( eventualmente ) per mangiare. Il letto matrimoniale era su un soppalco con scala abbastanza vertiginosa e stretta per salire e scendere.

Das Apartment ist in einer ruhigen Seitenstrasse mit Lebensmittelgeschäften und Restaurants in der Nähe. Check-In und Check-Out erfolgten selbständig. Personal ist zwar nur über Telefon erreichbar, doch trotzdem rasch erreichbar. Als an einem Morgen der Strom ausfiel, wurde das in sehr kurzer Zeit behoben.

It was difficult to check-in. I found the room so long time. The host didn't to tell us which the floor of our room. And when i check out. We didn't know how to check out we found the way to check out around 20 minutes. Finally just put the key in the box.

clean small and accessible apartment

I had great information from emails made directly to the apartments regarding entry times, codes and access. The apartment was well equipped - even had soap, shampoo and shower gel from previous people - very helpful to have with only hand luggage. take some earplugs as the walls are thin - but with these in - all was well. It has a very steep staircase up to the bed and I would not recommend this to someone with any balance issues - esp as the banister is quite low

Ideal para una estancia en Bruselas, tiene cocina ideal, con todo lo necesario para una cena para pareja oh grupo de amigos. Bien ubicado puedes llegar caminando a puntos turísticos. El edificio y la vista muy bella. (Zona segura)

Апартаменты хорошие, отличное месторасположение (10-15 минут от центрального вокзала, 20 минут до центра). Единственный минус это отсутствие отопления, было довольно прохладно в номере, пришлось ходить в тёплой пижаме.
