L’emplacement est vraiment Top, mais malheureusement l’hôtel ne correspond pas à un 4*, les chambres ne sont pas bien insonorisées, trop bruyant, la salle de bain, il faut laisser l’eau coulé longtemps pour avoir de l’eau chaude. Et humidité derrière le lit. C’est dommage car l’emplacement est bien et le personnel serviable.

The hotel is conveniently located in the center of all activities- 5 minutes walk to the Grand Place, 2 minutes walk to Cathedral Saint Michael, and within 10 minutes of the music instrument museum. Highly recommended.

Die Tiefgarage ist super eng und total heruntergekommen. Man muss Glück haben dort einen Platz zu bekommen. Zudem gibt es für das ganze Hotel nur ein Fahrstuhl indem vill max. 3 Personen passen. Wir mussten heute beim Checkout mit dem ganzen Gepäck die super enge Treppe nehmen da einfach der Fahrstuhl jedesmal gerappel voll war. Zudem gab es im Bad viel Schimmel sodass wir dort nicht duschen wollten. Die Fenster sind wenig dämmend. Wir wurden nachts immerwieder vom Verkehr und den Sirenen geweckt. Schade

Nous avons séjourner a cet hotel après avoir passé 2 nuits dans un NH collection.. disons que nous nous attendions a un peu mieux. C'est un hôtel qui aurait grandement besoin de rénovation majeures. Tout était usé, même le papier peint. La literie était très basique,pas très confortable. Par contre,cet hôtel était idéalement située proche de la gare centrale et de la grand place.

this hotel is ideally located with restaurants and shops close by. The front desk and restaurant staff were very friendly and helpful, a very good daily breakfast. The hotel unfortunately is not a 4 star property. It needs lots of TLC in the details to get a higher rating.

I don't think this hotel is up to the level you would expect for another of this category and price. The room was noisy, the corridors a bit dirty, the breakfast room too small and crowded and the service sub-optimal. I don't think i will go back to this hotel in the future. On the other hand the location was perfect.
