I used to stay here when I visited Brussels more often and I was pleased that it was still a friendly hotel with good breakfast options and good facilities. The staff are really helpful and the location is great for being in a nice area close to shops, the metro, and Midi station.

We had a nice stay at the NH Brussels Stephanie. Clean room and really nice staff. The breakfast was really good. It was nice with the coffee maskine and the fridge. The bed was a little bit too hard and it would have been nice to have my own blanket instead of one blanket I had to share with my husband. When one of the elevators wouldn`t open the doors, they should have closed it so we didn’t experience being stuck twice. But Overall a really good hotel that I would definitely recommend and return to.

Hotel Review – 6-Night Stay The location was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful. Breakfast was great with a good variety of options. The only issue was with housekeeping, as the bedding was not changed during the 6-night stay. However, the hotel staff apologized and handled the situation kindly. Because of their attitude and great service overall, a return visit is definitely planned.

Hotel was in a convenient location, clean and comfortable. The room was quiet, area was safe and there were lots of coffee shops, restaurants, supermarkets walking distance from hotel. There are loads of lovely clothing shops up the road from the hotel.

Really nice hotel with lovely staff

My mom and I stayed there for one night a few days ago. The man in the reception was really kind when we checked in, which instantly made us feel welcome. The room was really clean and big, the beds were comfy, and the lighting was really warm creating a lovely atmosphere. We’re definitely going back.

NH Stephanie is a smaller, and older hotel with wear and tear here and there. However, the vibe is charming and what is pulled down by the facilities is compensated by excellent service. The parking is very limited foe bigger cars, we would suggest you call ahead. 3 star hotel with 5 star personnel at a great location for exploration! We will gladly book again.
