Excellent service

The staff were very friendly, and the rooms were excellent value for the price. Breakfast was delicious and definitely a highlight. It was also great that they offered free luggage storage until the evening after checkout. Definitely worth it.

Brilliant hotel, location is a little out of the centre but we loved this, it was so easy to get to on the tram and had lots of choices for restaurants and coffee shops around

Pleasant stay. Small but adequate room with good shower. Nice common areas and very friendly staff. Could do with a make up mirror and I would prefer the tv on the wall.

Less than perfect, but not by much

As usual, it was a clean, the staff was friendly, there was plenty hot water even on the top floor. Breakfast was available even during rush hour. Four stars instead of the usual five, because this time, they couldn't produce a proper invoice on checkout, which is problematic for business travel. They couldn't offer a reliable drycleaning service either. Finally , either my lock was broken, but I couldn't get it to lock from the outside. Housekeeping could, so my room wasn't open after they had been there. It is still nicely located, with plenty of shops, caffes and restaurants all around, as well as public transport in the vicinity.

A pretty hotel than has all the essentials, at a perfect location, with very friendly and professional staff. With various excellent eateries around every corner and down many streets, tourist-free. Every public transport available, and an Uber takes 2 minutes to pick you up. Good beds & towels, free water, tee and coffee on every floor
