Rosa was an amazing host and went above and beyond to ensure we had a wonderful stay. The entire property has a very cool, modern European vibe. I Our room in the lodge was well appointed, very clean, and cozy. We especially loved the outdoor seating with the killer views of the mountains. The food was outstanding and would highly recommend eating breakfast and dinner on property. The shrimp and grits as well as the short rib were 5 star restaurant quality. We definitely will be back for future visits and next time will make sure to take advantage of the spa treatments. Thanks again, Rosa for an unforgettable weekend!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Long View. The staff were so attentive and we felt very personally looked after. Everything about the hotel was thoughtfully designed and in amazing condition, from the kitchen to the bathroom to the outdoor balcony. The view from the room (and the lobby) was great. We also did the Scandinavian soak under the stars which was very special. We would highly recommend the hotel to anyone looking for a little oasis in the mountains.

this hotel was absolutely amazing. The views are beautiful. The details are incredibly well thought through and the staff is so friendly and helpful. We had an amazing meal on the terrace and borrowed the tubes and had the most fun tubing trip in the town. Cannot wait to go back.

Our stay at Long View Resort was wonderful! The staff is friendly and available to meet your every need. Our cabin was very comfortable with a spectacular view! Can't beat watching the sun rise over the mountain sitting on the balcony with a delicious cup of coffee made from local coffee shop beans. And breakfast? Best ever!

This is quite an amazing property at a reasonable price. We were switched to the room above the lobby area in the back, which had the best view I've ever seen through a window. You could watch the clouds come and go in front of the mountains. The staff was 100% friendly and professional, while not being fawning or annoying. Lots of attention if you need it, as it is a smallish resort. They seem to do a deep clean every week. We had dinner one night, which was tasty and very well prepared, and probably cost less than what we would have paid if we drove into town for something comparable.

Brand new mountaintop lodge and villas. Spectacular view while enjoying personalized meals. You can’t find better hosts anywhere. Oh, did I mention the spa! Mrs did the mineral soak and I gat a massage that melted me into the table. We’re coming back!

Overall we are satisfied with the stay and definitely plan to come back. The only things I would point out is that the kitchen floor was not swept and we had to do it, everything else seemed to be very clean and the service was very good and friendly. From our perspective, the only things that would’ve made things better was to have a tv in the dining area in addition to the tv in the bedroom. Also, at least one closet, and maybe an electric fire place. This was our first time staying here and we thought the cabin was exceptionally nicer than the cabin we stayed in last year for the same purpose, we just missed those things this time around.

Truly paradise! Everything from the moment we arrived was heaven. The views when you pull up takes your breath away. Rosa was so kind, friendly and thoughtful. The decorations , beautiful eood floors, counters and surroundings were out of a magazine! Very close to bryson city and incredible hikes such as deep creek waterfall loop and rafting. The whole team was helpful and accommodating. They had tubes, wet bags and towels and firepits with wood. We had such a relaxing time. Breakfast was healthy, delicious and filling. We loved the coffee, sour dough bread, fresh fruit and yogurt, potatoes and muffins! Truly sad to leave. I would give 10 stars if I could.

Spectacular views from our Pretty Hollow room of the Smokies. Very clean and elegant property. Dinners and breakfasts were pretty good. Staff were helpful in planning our river tubing and hiking to waterfalls adventures.
