Basically an HMO but overall comfy and good value
Communication from Hotels.com was 24 hours after the apartment owner sent the info to hotels.com so communication was an issue. Owner needs to send to hotels.com earlier OR hotels.com need to not delay passing messages on. I had to call the owner to gain access to apartment due to delayed electronic communications.
Room much much smaller than images shown and accommodation is actually just a room within an apartment which is not clear in the listing.
Bed very comfy although duvet smaller than bed so will not suit couples.
Guests in other rooms constantly left apartment front door unlocked.
Room 1 - Curtain falling off the end of pole and one bedside lamp bulb not working and back of bathroom door dirty

Posizione centralissima in un bellissimo contesto. Davvero comoda.
Avevamo la camera numero 4.
Abbiamo trovato a terra blatte per terra e muffa sui muri che si manifestava con un odore acre e di chiuso. Divano molto macchiato. Insomma, la pulizia vera è altro..
Ho scritto all’host di portarci un asciugamano in più visto che ne avevamo solo uno, non mi ha mai risposto nonostante i solleciti. La finestra dava su un cortile interno cieco. Quando erano in funzione gli altri climatizzatori si sentiva un gran rumore delle ventole poste su questo cortile interno.

Struttura in posizione comodissima, camera di dimensioni medie senza un tavolino ne sedie (per chi ne ha bisogno). Completamente ristrutturato con mobili nuovi e ben rifinita. E' una stanza in un appartamento con altre 4 stanze (non è ben chiarito nell'annuncio e anche l'assistenza expedia per ben 2 volte mi ha detto il contrario). Ho fatto un paio di mail alla struttura senza avere risposte, le istruzioni per il checkin arrivano solo la mattina del giorno di ingresso. Per arrivare alla stanza ci sono ben 3 porte (aumenta la sicurezza), la prima in ferro ha il cilindro difettoso. Toglierei dagli angoli del soffitto ben visibili ragnatele. Comunque nel complesso valutazione più che positiva.
