“The staff was very friendly from the second we entered the door. I mentioned a discrepancy with their website and the pet policy; they were receptive and made sure that it would be corrected as soon as possible. Once they learned that we were there for a wedding, they ensured that we were all on the same floor to be together. I’m nitpicking but there was some minor things that I wanted to note: our room phone didn’t work (but we just used our cells to call room service) and the TV had a shortage...
