"Small facility. Roomy accommodations with contemporary decor. Extra touches like a few books and magazines, local guides, and games added to the ambience. High quality towels and robes were a pleasure, and the kitchen was nicely equipped except for no measusring spoons or cups. Re staff, we couldn't get into our room with the device on the door, but the personnel at the number we were given to call was very helpful and got us in. The lack of on-site staff is somewhat uncomfortable."

"We loved the post card cabins. We stayed in Tina & had two full/queen sized beds. The cabins come with everything you may need just bring food. This place is beautiful the property is beautiful and we also took a nice walk. This is a great place to disconnect from the regular world and connect with your family and/or partner! We will definitely be back!"

"We loved our stay at Walden Retreats. Becky checked us in and was so welcoming and informative of our tent and things to do while we were there. I was worried that the tent would be warm in the first of August, but we kept the shades down during the day and the fans on. My husband and I actually woke up cold in the morning, so we were just fine. I couldn't believe how clean the tent itself was. They had special touches like robes, luxury bath towels, and fantastic smelling shampoo and conditioner. We enjoyed making smores by the fire and sleeping in the next morning. My husband told me before we left that he wants to come when it gets a little colder to be there during a different season."
