"Room was clean and fairly decent sized for the location, air conditioning worked well. Staff were all very friendly, welcoming, smiling lots and very helpful! It did get quite noisy at night though if you are facing the main road with many cars going by 24/7. Only thing that could improve is better pillows & mattress i would say, it was a little squeaky and not the best "hotel" bed i've slept on and the pillows were very flat and not the usual fluffy hotel ones you expect. Either way good location for what I wanted but note this side of the road was always busy and packed with cars. "

"It was a nice hotel in the middle of all the action. It was very busy in the area, ancross from the Pavilion, and traffic is always bad. The staffs are extremely friendly and helpful. The buffet breakfast on the lower level was delicious. There are many Malay choices. Faies served us every morning. Extremely good and friendly guy. Made special roti for us each morning. The room is clean, big and has high ceiling. But the bathroom requires some quick maintenance. The sink faucet is loose and wobble. The toilet paper holder and the make up mirror are also loose. All these needs, are tightening with a screwdriver. The hangers in the closet are not the same set, they are a few different shapes. No big deal, but they his is a 5 stars JW Marriott and the bar should be set higher."

"Location is great with walking distance to pavilion. A lot of restaurants neaby with great breakfast and some drinking area. Recommended. Only down side is the lift of the hotel sometime may take longer than expected. "

"Very disappointing stay. The hotel looked nothing like the photos advertised online. The overall condition of the property was unacceptable and felt poorly maintained. The hallways and rooms smelled strongly of chemicals/fumigation, towels were yellowed and stained, bedsheets duvets had blood stains, and the rooms smelled unclean. We even found baby roaches in the towels and around the sink area, which was extremely disturbing. Basic amenities were barely provided upon check-in, with little to no soap, shampoo, or body wash available. The atmosphere around the hotel at night also felt very inappropriate and not family-friendly. We actually considered checking out early because the experience was far below expectations. This stay unfortunately affected our first impression of Kuala Lumpur. I would not recommend this hotel."
