“I booked reservations for 19-20th. Our plane arrived at 11:59 Monday morning. I made several attempts to contact the resort through phone calls and texts no response to let them know our late arrival. Once we arrived the area was dark and sketchy to say the least. The entire experience almost ruined my trip. We...

“The room was clean and pool well maintained but lizard in the room. While breakfast is available, one has to go long distance for meals. Beach is a long walk away. I would not stay here again”

“We checked in here on the day of our departure with the sole intention of giving us somewhere to leave our bags and freshen up ahead of our late-night flight. If you’re after a central location with a pool and polite staff, then go for it. However, the room is small; it's hot even with the aircon on, and the bathroom is just okay - no shower drainage. Also wanted to be near the beach, but Jimbaran Beach was a huge disappointment. Rubbish on the beach was tolerable, but under the water!?! We...
