Wonderful stay. Room was the best standard room you can get anywhere. Staff were great. Special mention to Moreblessing in the Dining Room. Very attentive and helpful with Guest Service. Beulah too with the best fried egg white I’ve ever had. Can’t wait to get back there again.

Staying at the Rainbow has evolved into a cherished family tradition for us, as we have visited several times since 2018. The hospitality provided by the staff, particularly Diane and Tsitsi, has consistently made us feel as if we were returning to a welcoming family home. Their unwavering support and kindness have always ensured our comfort and well-being. Additionally, the dining experience at the Rainbow is exceptional, characterized by flavorful and thoughtfully prepared dishes. We had the privilege of celebrating our daughter's wedding at this venue, and every aspect of the event exceeded our expectations. I wholeheartedly recommend this establishment to my friends and family, confident that they will receive the same high level of care and attention.

The service was excellent, the only issue is that I couldn’t sleep due to the noise from the upstairs room which went on all night. It felt like there was furniture being moved around. Most probably it’s the metal chairs rubbing on the tiles. It was a nightmare. May I suggest that you inset rubber on the chair legs. I didn’t look forward to another night. I made a complaint but nothing was done

Terrible hotel

The hotel is run down and there were bugs all over and on top of that we got charged $50 of breakfast and we had asked how much it was before and the lady it depends on what l order but there was no order but buffet . We didn’t even eat . Terrible
