Me and my friend really enjoyed staying here over the weekend. The staff were wonderful and welcoming, helpful and professional. The room was beautifully clean and the Molton Brown products were lovely to use. The beds were comfortable and it was silent and peaceful throughout the night. Breakfast was to die for! So much choice, including plant-based alternatives which was so nice to see. I would love to stay here again. Thank you!

Our room was clean and bright. Every member of staff went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. We were provided with a dog bed and bowls and there was a well stocked dog station. Breakfast was lovely; service excellent once again.

Great central location and beautiful hotel building. The atmosphere is chilled out and informal and the room we had was exceptional. This is an expensive area and so expect prices to reflect this, that said you get what you pay for - the Cotswolds is a busy, but stunning location. We will definitely be returning. Thanks Bay Tree for a great memorable stay.

Gorgeous cosy property in the heart of Burford in the heart of the Cotswolds - was so easy to visit everything we wanted to see from the hotel along with Burford being ideal with the main street of shops, pubs, eateries, bakery & more at the end of the road! All of the staff in every area of the hotel were friendly, helpful & professional … breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices hot + cold … we had dinner the 1st night which was very good too! Must mention Max & Alana who were brilliant as we had left something behind when we checked out & they swiftly located the item & posted it back to us the following day - amazing service, nothing was too much trouble - so needless to say we were impressed by the property & people throughout our 3 night stay & beyond! Highly recommend!

Our 6th stay and one of the best. You have to love this hotel. The room was amazing. The staff are warm and welcoming. The building is fantastic. The breakfast menu live up to our expectations. The best hotel I have ever stayed in.
