The staff were very welcoming and friendly. However, the cleanliness of the room was disappointing. The floor was not properly cleaned, I found a bug in the bathroom, and the hairdryer was even sticky, looking like it hadn't been cleaned in a long time. While the service was great, the overall cleanliness definitely needs improvement.

The staff is wonderful. The room layout is great. Smelled good.
It would have been nice to have real creamer for the in room coffee, and the toilet flush was very loud.
