Charles and Marie are wonderful staff. Without them at the building , they wouldn’t have make my experience much better. Both provided excellent customer service and quality services.

The rooms were very clean, beds were comfortable, staff friendly and great amenities (I wish the pool was open until 10 pm).

Location, location, location! Breakfast is top notch. The entire staff was helpful and friendly.

Pros: location, the front staff were kind and accommodating, coffee and other beverages available 24/7, filtered water provided on each floor. Cons: the beds are advertised as queen but seemed more like a full-size, the room was tiny—even for two people, housekeeping lacked, no refrigerator or microwave This hotel is in a nice, quiet location in the city. We did not hear a lot of noise. It is close to Faneuil Hall. It is fairly dated and definitely needs to be renovated a bit. My biggest concern was with housekeeping. The room was really dusty, there was a big soap chunk in the sink drain, some substance on the bathroom door, and the carpets looked like they hadn’t been vacuumed in a while. The bed, while small, was comfortable. The front staff was so kind.
