"The room was dirty. There were kids running and pounding above us until about 1am. There was a group of very rude children in the pool area unattended (probably the same children). And the over night desk man was weird and creepy. "

"Parking was okay. Staff friendly but not attentive to a complaint of sink not draining properly. Had to chase down staff to obtain fresh towels after five days. Trash not emptied. When asked to have trash emptied,we were told to secure the bag(s) and place it in the hall! Breakfast options adequate and fresh. Would not recommend for families."
