"While the staff was accommodating and friendly, we encountered issues with the elevator not working properly, and then a major plumbing problem that flooded the first floor. There was also no water in the spa. Any other time I would have given it another star in each catergory."

"I booked the Hot tub room through Expedia and got told I booked through a third party so they gave away my room for the night to someone else. Called me 20 minutes before check in. Not the workers fault - but upset that I didn’t get the room that was the whole reason why I booked there. What’s the point of Expedia if it’s not going to work."
