The receptionist knew the Wi-Fi password but did not know which one of the 5 or 6 Wi-Fi networks available was the hotel's Wi-Fi network. A fire alarm at 4:24 AM emptied the entire hotel. There was no obvious indication at the elevators as to where the exit stairs might be. This is a safety over site. After we found the stairs and exited, we just got into our car and drove away. All-in-all, not up to "Hilton" standards."

"Hold fee for room is ridiculous… Rooms are small and staff are rude. Told us pool open till 11. We went to the pool at 945 and the front desk person rudely told us the pool was closed and asked why she just said I said it was closed. I will be going back to the Holiday Inn express.. "
