One of our rooms was a larger corner room with floor to ceiling windows and a large, gorgeous bathroom with a freestanding tub—so luxurious! The hotel cancelled my initial booking under the pretext that I needed to confirm. They didn't contact me despite hotel.com contacting them that they are conforming to my booking. theses created a lot of confusion which was later sorted out by hotels.com "
