The location is acceptable and not far from the metro station. However, Hydraulic pressure insufficiency is a serious issue that the hotel should improve, and the room is not soundproof enough.

- The room is so cramped and small. Whole arrangement was too narrow, kept getting knocks at the bed edges and got lot of bruises. - No shower screen so you get a wet bathroom. - Room door open outwards type. Can’t latch or secure your room door. - Hotel Only have two lifts. Seen staff with soiled linen using the same lift. So is long wait for the lift every time.

check-in and check-out was smooth, fast and easy. location is great, I found Nampo area much better than Seomyeon. lots of shopping = malls and markets within 15min walking, plenty of cafes, restaurants and food stalls within 15min walking, train / subway / metro and bus stops are within 5min walking. there was a fridge, microwave, hairdryer, wardrobe, plenty of towels given daily and 2 bottles of water daily. the issue that I had was that shower was broken and the TV does not recognise USB device which made it difficult to enjoy my stay and they wouldn't let me change rooms even though it was a 7 night stay. the reception staff came to fix my shower at 10pm. I had to watch my shows via my mobile phone instead of using the big TV that was in my room, it dampened my experience...

Location is perfect, right by the bus stop and a stone's throw from Jagalchi market and BIFF square. The place was clean and well furnished. Some of the facilities need to be checked and updated. The toilet boasts an auto flush function that never worked once in the 4 nights we stayed there. The aircon only blew hot air as well. Granted, it was winter. But, the room could get quite hot and we did at times get sweaty without any physical exertions. Had to open the windows to cool the place down.

Quite new, very convenient location and near to key tourist locations and big shopping malls. Ample staff at reception (3), speaks English and helpful. Transport is good - Bus and metro.

The property was nice and quiet. I enjoyed the stay, but their wifi was really bad. It was slow and kicked me out for every 5 mins. I couldn’t face time with the family.

チャガルチ・南浦洞両方に近く立地は申し分なかったです。デラックスツインに宿泊しましたが柱の位置もあってか若干狭く感じました。帰国便が欠航となり延泊の相談にもスムーズに乗っていただけて助かりました。概ね満足です。

Und wurde ein behindertengerechtes Zimmer zugewiesen für eine Nacht. Das Zimmer war dementsprechend großzügig, das Bad ebenfalls. Es gab keine abgetrennte Dusche, sondern einen Duschklappsitz und der Duschkopf musste an der gegenüberliegenden Wand befestigt werden, so ist das komplette Bad unter Wasser gesetzt worden.

Das Hotel war gut gelegen, hatte Busstationen 100-200m vor der Tür. Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet, Betten bequem. Komisch war nur, dass die Lobby im 2F lag. Ein 7Eleven war im 1F.

시티뷰 추천해요
시티뷰가 전망도 좋고 조용한게 좋더라구요. 오션뷰는 방이 붙어있는반면 시티뷰는 떨어져있어요. 수압은 살짝 약한 면이 있지만 불편한 정도는 아니였어요.
