The hotel room was very dirty so we changed rooms but the 2nd room was still very dirty. There was mold on the shower walls, the sheets were stained and there was hair everywhere

Nice, modern and quiet hotel. Does not serve breakfast or has a cafeteria and it is hard to find something open to eat breakfast before 9 am

Great location, free coffee made by robots at reception. Bed had automatic recliner, but bed was too soft and woke up with sore back.

마지막 여행지가 부산이었는데, 더반호텔에서 잘 마무리했습니다. 깨끗하고 신경 많이 써주셔서 편하게 쉬다가 왔어요. 추천합니다~~

예약했던 호텔에 문제가 생겨서 취소하고 급하게 예약했는데 기대이상이었어요. 룸키도 폰으로 열어서 편하고 기가지니가 불도 커튼도 움직여주고 침대도 모션베드에 스타일러까지.. 로비에서 나가면서 들어오면서 커피도 한잔 할 수 있어서 아주 만족했습니다. 다만 아쉬운점은 테라스 이용하는 문과 방 문의 이중잠금장치가 없어서 좀 불안했어요. 세면대에 수건걸이를 좀 달면 좋겠고 샤워실에도 옷걸이좀 있음 아주 훌륭했다에 별표했을거에요. 방음 살짝 아쉽지만 그래도 기대이상 만족한 이용이었어요~

전체적으로 만족
스마트 체크인이라 편리했어요 ㆍ부산의 여느 호텔처럼 주차가 좋지는않다는거.ㆍ주변이 좀 썰렁한거외에는 참 좋은 침구때문에 다시 숙박할거같아요

해운대 더반호텔 다음에 또묵을거에요
회사일겸 주말에 휴식을 취할겸 더반호텔을 예약해서 썼는데 하루는 스타일러가 있는 방 겸 테라스가 있는방이었고 그 다음날은 아마도 티비가 문제가 있어 교체해주셨는데 테라스만 있는 방이었어서 조금 아쉬웠던걸로 기억합니다. 그래도 문제가 있으면 제깍제깍 반영해주셨던지라 서비스는 최상이었어요. 게다가 하루에 한잔씩 공짜 로봇커피가 제공되어서 안그래도 커피광인 저에게는 너무 좋았습니다. 조식은 코로나이전에 했었는데 이후에는 없어졌다고 하여 그거는 조금 아쉬웠고요. 그리고 비대면시스템으로 카드로 키오스크를 통해 입실하는 시스템 너무 좋아요.
