“Servizio ottimo ed ottima ospitalità. Camera pulita e colazione varia! Buona anche la posizione.”

“Das personal war sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Rustikal, aber schön. Super tolle Aussicht. Kein Fön und kein Fernseher, aber überlebt man. Anfahrt anspruchsvoll . Kommen aber sehr gerne wieder”

“Perfect, super clean hotel very nice staff, simply the best! Thanks for being there”

“Staying at this hotel felt like stepping into a time machine back to the late 1980s – and unfortunately, not in a charming or nostalgic way. The entire property felt outdated and poorly maintained. “OK, this is highly biased, but we love this place and the couple who operate it; we returned this year after staying here in 2018. It was like coming home. There's a real personal touch and relationship with Rudy and Taziana that make your stay special. The rooms are great, and the food is amazing. You are away from tourism in Roncone and in real Italy. “Ottima la posizione , così come la pulizia della camera. Personale cordiale e disponibile Ci ritornerò”

“Everything about Chalet Chapeau R. a R. was wonderful. Both Marco and Stefano were great hosts and very welcoming. The room was very clean and the spa was amazing! We had fabulous breakfasts both days and the pasta Stefano cooked was delicious. The place was very relaxing and a perfect place to explore different hiking trails.”

“La colazione superlativa e l'ambiente carino e accogliente. Servizio super e il gestore gentile e sempre a disposizione. La signora che organizza la colazione promossa per simpatia e accoglienza. Ci tornerei volentieri .”
