“Room wasn’t what was ordered, a shower was requested because of physical needs of getting in and out of the bath. Unfortunately, there’s no hand rail to help you get out. I mentioned this to a chap on reception, who just said all rooms are being upgraded, gradually. (Not exactly what I was expecting) I thought this was a health and safety issue? Room in general was dirty and dirty, which could be seen by just glancing around the room.”

“Location is superb, 100 ft to Chippenham bus station, and leads than 10 minutes bistro from the train station. Room is spacious, so is the bathroom, big and renovated. Courtyard is nice. There is a leisure pool at site too. Huge parking lot at back. The buffet breakfast offered was full English style and truly great. Staffs were super friendly. I stayed here one night to visit the near by Cotswold villages, like Castle Combe, which was only half an hour away. If the windows could be upgraded and...
