Good king bed and spacious room. Pillows, sheets, and towels very used and rough. Mid-level clean room, but sink and bathroom need recaulking and maintenance. AC worked well. Nice to have microwave and mini fridge plus table and chairs. Housekeeping staff friendly. Front desk staff seem overwhelmed. We waited 1.5 hours for a room, despite arriving at 3h45 for a 3pm advertised checkin on a reservation made 6 months ago.
