I can't help but to leave a bad review, As much as the staff was amazing, i fell like the property itself needs work. Our room was so hot, we had to move from a king size bed to two twin size beds cuz that room felt cooler. Towards the end that room was just as hot. The air wouldn't lower at all.

The elevator doesn’t work and my husband was trapped in it as soon as we arrived. The gym was unusable as it was under water. There is nothing close by in terms of groceries, the Walmart is closest but would be a 25 minute walk and do not recommend it. The appliances worked but all the cupboards smelled strong like vinegar. The safe didn’t work and the door code didn’t work and when we locked the door it still banged around because it didn’t fit properly. The pool was nothing special at all. The place was large, nice bedding, tons of towels, but overall not worth it. We were happy to check out. I wouldn’t stay here again.

"The Hyatt Ziva is a beautiful resort. The rooms are kind of dated, but what the rooms lack the staff and the food definitely make up for would definitely stay again. I had a server by the name of Geo that worked the pool area and he was phenomenal thank you guys again. Service was impeccable."
