"We love the restaurant NAO on the lobby floor and we were looking forward to having breakfast there again but it was closed. They said it’s a day off. We walked to Jazmín’s instead. Also great. For some reason the AC wasn’t working this time in our room. It was our 3rd time staying there and the other times the AC worked fine. I wish refrigerators were included in their rooms also. Including refrigerators is rather standard these days. The neighborhood is delightful and is walkable for any needs."

"Everything was so good.We enjoyed a lot.The speciality was that each and every employee of the resort was so respectful and very polite. Washrooms were amazing..neat and clean. Excellent service! "We stayed here with our two children and had a really nice, relaxing stay. We requested a room close to the pool and beach before arrival and they were able to accommodate our request, which made things much easier for us. The staff was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. Whenever we needed something, they responded quickly and made sure we had what we needed. Our room was clean and spacious. There were a lot of food options overall, although I wish there had been a little more variety. Most of the food we tried was good. We really liked the pools. The water temperature was comfortable for the kids—not too cold or too warm—and having multiple pools was nice because it didn’t feel too crowded. The beach was also very easy to get to. Unfortunately, it was quite windy while we were there and the waves were strong, so we weren’t able to swim in the ocean. The one thing I would say is that there aren’t a lot of activities for a 9-year-old, so it might get a little boring if you’re staying for a longer time, I think having more activities for older children would make it even better. Overall, we had a comfortable and peaceful stay and would definitely recommend it, especially for families with young children."

"The resort is great, and I highly recommend it! My only complaint is that the food and drinks at the hotel are WAY too expensive. The restaurant at the resort has mediocre food at best, which is unfortunate because everything else about the property is so good. They also have some of the lowest restaurant ratings in the area. Paying $16 for a drink at the pool is just too much when you can go into town and pay around $6 for the same drink. Other than that, the resort is awesome. The staff is great, the property is very clean and well maintained, and all of the bartenders were on point and actually took the time to remember your name. We loved the place and would definitely consider going back. We just wouldn’t plan on eating or drinking on the property next time."
