"This hotel was great, very fun and enjoyable. The property is huge so expect a lot of walking ,our room was pretty far from lobby so we had a 15 min walk to and from. We stayed in the 3rd floor, and there were no elevators in our villa, just expect the extra steps😉. The main road to hotel is awful, expect a lot of bumps in the road. Also, uber is not allowed to pick you up at lobby you must walk outside of the property, I did not enjoy this that much😭. Other than the extra walking in the heat, great hotel!"

"It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming."

"My experience at the hotel was excellent. The accommodations were very comfortable, and the guest service was exceptional. All of the staff were very friendly, attentive, and helpful. I would especially like to highlight the Kids Club team, who were incredibly caring, attentive, and kind to the children. Their dedication and the care they provided at all times were truly noticeable. Overall, I was very satisfied with our stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."
