“This place was amazing. So happy to have stayed here. The staff was impeccable. So kind and helpful. I loved everyone and everything. Ten out of ten!!!”

“Very nice people, clean very well stocked up drinks, food was definitely good.”

“Absolutely stunning resort with beautiful rooms, pools and restaurants. The staff were extremely attentive and helpful with any and all requests we had. This is one of the nicest resorts we have ever stayed in, and we have stayed in many high end resorts throughout Cancun and Cabo. I am knocking off one star for the lack of activities and absolutely outrageous food/beverage costs. We had a day of rain during our stay, and there is absolutely nothing to do on resort property that is indoors,...

“Check in rápido,, hay estacionamiento amplio , buen aire acondicionado”

“Our stay at Pueblo Bonito was just okay. I wouldn't say it was terrible, but I also wouldn't say it was amazing. The biggest disappointment was definitely the food. In my opinion, the food quality was pretty terrible and could use a lot of improvement, especially for a resort of this caliber. On the positive side, the drinks were wonderful! They offer premium liquor, tequila, beer, and mixed drinks, which we really enjoyed. Another highlight was the convenient beach access, which made it easy to...

“Amazing experience from the moment we walked into the hotel. Great staff, super friendly, clean and well run facilities, couldn’t ask for a better experience.”

“Our experience was terrible. We were scammed by the hotel staff. We made a boat tour reservation through the hotel concierge on the first day of our trip, which was supposed to include fishing, snorkeling, and whale watching. We paid $600 for the tour. However, all we got was a fishing trip on an old boat. We got soaked by the waves because the roof of the boat was broken, and there were no life vests for the kids. The concierge had said the license fee was included, but we had to pay $75 each...
