“The staff was the least friendly/helpful of any resort I’ve stayed in so far. Numerous issues with the staff not making good on promised services. Constant misinformation and issues. The food was mediocre at best. Multiple restaurants all sharing the same low quality ingredients without much creativity. No options for top shelf liquor of any kind. Drinks were poorly made with cheap mixers and cheap alcohol. We have stayed in a lot of places, but this is the first one that we will never visit...

“my room was old and uncleaned. But they aolve the problems.”

“It is a good property and the rooms are good, the staff is very professional, and the restaurant is very good. there is no nearby store or supermarket within walking distance. No free water in the room, and to buy bottle of water it costs $6. the prices are like US prices so every thing is expensive. No beach you can use, there is a very small sandy beach but in order to get there you have to climb 90 stairs and the water is filled with big rocks not suitable for swimming.”
