Clean, older, basic, cool air, roomy, close to Costco, beach is high bank, surfing beach, nice view, apt next to street, basic no frills pool but clean, lacking for restaurants. Only stayed a couple nights. We live 2 hours north and use Cabo as a staging area to fly to the states. Overall a good “ overnight” hotel but I would not vacation there.

Spent 10 days there June 2026. Very clean. Super strong and fast wifi. Comfortable beds. Restaurant at the bottom of the hill was EXCELLENT. Pretty boring for kids, though. Cost an average of $180 pesos to take a taxi downtown. 3 blocks from a Fresko grocery story and Oxxo was even closer. The property runs perpendicular to the ocean so if you are in building #1 (#10 is closest to the water and #1 is furthest), you're 500m from the restaurant. Got lots of walking in!

Decent service and fair price but not excellent. Very roomy with large living room and great balcony overlooking the ocean and the Arch. High quality and strong air conditioners, but one of the toilets was leaking emanating a smell, and the showers in the bathrooms were very different one with a high flow and one with a very low water flow. For the price I would recommend this place.
